No Returns or Refunds for Heat-Sensitive or Fragile Products

Due to the fragile and heat-sensitive nature of some of our products, such as chocolates etc. We unfortunately do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items, unless they are incorrect or not as described as per our website.

Incorrect or Misdescribed Products

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if a product is not as described on our website, please notify us immediately. We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice:

• Deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available).

• Refund you for the purchase price of the product within 3 business days of the return.

Important: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with labels and stickers still attached.

How to Log a Return

To request a return, please email us at social@2yd.co.za and include:

• Your order number.

• Clear pictures of the products you would like to return.

• The reason for return Once your return is logged and processed, we will provide you with a shipping label and further instructions.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Customer Initiated Returns

If you wish to return products you ordered and the products you received is what you ordered you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

• We will request a shipping quote.

• You will be required to pay the shipping fee before the return can be processed.

Damaged or Missing Items

Should a product arrive damaged, or if it’s missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately at social@2yd.co.za so we can assist you promptly.
