2YD offers delivery services for various products, including but not limited to bottled water and other FMCG items.
3. Orders and Payments
Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website. Please ensure all details provided are accurate to avoid delays.
Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, and supported payment gateway options listed at checkout.
4. Delivery Policy
We offer direct-to-door delivery (2YD) Nationwide (Republic of South Africa). Orders are fulfilled via courier shipping, and standard courier delivery times will apply. Delivery Charges:

Orders R350 and above qualify for free delivery.
Courier fees for out-of-area deliveries will be calculated at checkout, based on destination and parcel weight.
Delivery Times:
For courier deliveries: Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and subject to standard courier lead times (2–5 working days, depending on location).
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and correct customer information.
5. Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately.
Returns: Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be logged within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after items are returned and inspected.
